This is the cable we reach for the moment a run leaves the building — a dual-jacket UV- and moisture-resistant outer sheath over standard 23AWG solid bare copper, built to sit on a roof, a wall, or buried conduit for years without the jacket cracking the way indoor-rated cable does within a season outside. 550MHz bandwidth comfortably covers Gigabit Ethernet with headroom, meeting EIA/TIA 568 C.2 standards the same as any indoor cable — outdoor-rated doesn't mean a compromise on the electrical spec.
305m (1000ft) per box is enough for several camera runs or a full site's worth of AP backhaul from one spool, and metre markings on the jacket mean cutting to length doesn't need a separate tape measure. Unshielded (UTP) construction keeps it straightforward to terminate on site with standard RJ45 connectors and a crimper, no extra grounding step the way shielded cable needs.
