Shipping & Delivery

Within Mombasa: free delivery, typically within 1-2 business days of confirming an order.

Elsewhere in Kenya: a flat KSh 500 shipping rate, via courier, usually 2-4 business days depending on the destination.

Larger installs (access points, NVR kits, cabling) may ship separately from smaller accessories. We'll always confirm a delivery window with you before dispatch.

Tracking your order

Every order gets a confirmation email with a link to its status, and a signed-in account can check order history any time. We'll also email you as the order moves from placed to processing to ready.

If delivery doesn't go through

If nobody's available to receive a delivery, the courier will get in touch to reschedule — using the phone number given at checkout, so make sure it's one you'll actually answer around the delivery window.

Outside Kenya

We currently ship within Kenya only. For an installation job or a bulk order based outside the country, get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
